Can I kick it?

The old saying 'give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, but teach a man to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime' has a profound relevance in today's rapidly changing economic landscape. That saying was my catalyst for designing the slipper above. Besides, fishing is one of the loves of my life, and these will allow me to keep it close to me when I'm prowling.

The Stubbs and Wooten bespoke program allows you to customize your footwear. Clients can select from an array of motifs and monograms that can be embroidered on lush velvet or crisp linen for a personal take on the classic slippers.

Now, for the haters, folks who owe me some bread, wayward chickens, etc... you know who you are; if you observe me out on the town and I'm wearing the slippers below... please take it personal because after all, life is good, but living is better!

Now, close your mouth and keep it moving!

  2. Thanks for the comment Sir, and I'm glad you made your way to my blog. Trying to develop my voice, and what I want to share. Your blog is a tremendous treat because you 'get' style and quality. I would love to chat with you sometime on wardrobe editing, storage, etc...

I'm sure we could offer up some insight to one another after years of such an enjoyable vice!
