Cufflinks... why knot?

Silk knots, also known as monkey's fist because of their resemblance to a small clenched fist, have long been a staple for the gentlemen's wardrobe. They are a perfect option to the more pricey cufflinks crated from precious metals or stones.

Fashion conscience men can thank Paris shirtmaker Charvet for their inception in the early 20th century. Initially crafted in silk, the knots are now generally made from elastic (click here for a slideshow knots).
The real treat is the wide array of colors that the knots can be found in, including the two-tone above carried by Thomas Pink. See a different variation of the knot below, also carried at Thomas Pink.

Get knotted, because life is good, but living is better!
