Check 1, check 2...

"Check 1"

Nothing beats the statement made by a well tailored light-weight jacket with a bold pattern (See image above and below for tailored styles from the good folks at Sciamat in Italy). Note... this style choice isn't for the faint of heart. A jacket like this tells the world that you dance to the beat of your own drum, so make beats... life is good, but living is better.

Can you trust a big butt and a smile?

In 1990, "Poison," the hit single by Bell Biv DeVoe had the prophetic lyrics "Never trust a big butt and a smile." These words were etched in the minds of hip-hop heads across the globe, and for many they became the catalyst for "tail watching."

The good folks at Taschen have provided the definitive guide for butt connoisseurs with the forthcoming (The) Big Butt Book. This book is sure to make even the most discriminating gentleman ask, can you trust a big butt and a smile? More pics after the jump.

Inside:
The Big Butt Book explores this perennial fascination with female booty—from small and taut to large and sumptuous—in the fourth installment of Dian Hanson's critically acclaimed body parts series. Over 400 photos from 1900 to the present day, including works by Elmer Batters, Ellen von Unwerth, Jean-Paul Goude, Ralph Gibson, Richard Kern, Jan Saudek, Ed Fox, Terry Richardsonand Sante D'Orazio, of butts ranging from petite Pam Anderson's to sumptuousSerena Williams', are contextualized by interviews with porn icon John (Buttman) Stagliano, filmmaker Tinto Brass, artist Robert Crumb, bootylicious butt queens Buffie The Body, Coco and Brazil's Watermelon Woman, plus Eve Howard and her life-long spanking obsession.

Nicholas K Spring/Summer 2010

Nicholas K is the line from brother and sister team of Nicole and Christopher Kunz. The line features menswear and womenswear, but we're especially thrilled about the fit and styling of the menswear. The brand has found a formula that feels just right. The fit is trim and sheds excess without "cracking nuts." We also like the modern twist on classics like the shawl-neck sweaters, and anorak jackets. See more looks from Nicholas K after the jump.

This collection personifies the notion of First Street Style that "life is good, but living is better!"

The Allure of Naked Ladies...

After God created man and gave him work in the Garden of Eden He said, "It is not good for man to be alone. I will make a suitable help for him;" and so it was... Man has been a big ball of mush ever since. The good folks at Allure Magazine remind us why with their annual Naked Truth issue. The issue features actress Regina Hall, Entourage star Emmanuelle Chriqui, Grey's Anatomy star Jessica Capshaw, singer Cobbie Caillat, American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi, and gracing the cover is the lovely Catherine Zeta Jones who takes it all off on the inside as well. She more photos after the jump.
